On Saturday evening, March 13th, the varsity boys’ basketball team did what thirty-two other Spartan teams have not been able to do and that is win the GHSA AA State Championship. The boys’ basketball team defeated Decatur last night 63–34 to claim the Region 6 AA championship. The Spartans will play at home this Friday night in the 1st round of the state tournament.
